Person in Charge
Katrina Knights is our Owner, Director and lead PIC with Little Learners in its 20th year of operation. Katrina has several years of teaching little people long before coming into ownership. She firmly believes in the power of play as a fundamental part of learning and loves incorporating creative activities into both school locations as well as encouraging young teachers as they develop a passion for impacting the foundational learning journey of young children.
Nursery Manager
Ritica Belboda is our schools' Nursery Manager. You will mostly find her stationed at our Little Learners II location but can often be found at the Preschool location as well. She wears many hats and holds lots of responsibility in ensuring program quality and staff management. You may even see her filling in for a teacher in the classroom from time to time.
Deputies in Charge
There are 2 deputy persons at each of the Little Learners locations. All of these ladies are fully qualified and have many years of experience working in early childhood education. They bring great value to our team and work well to encourage children, parents and teachers to put their est foot forward each day. These ladies are also put in charge in the absence of either the PIC or the Nursery Manager and also have other responsibilities under their remit to keep our schools running smoothly.

Staff Members
Including the 6 staff members above, Little Learners has 18 staff members in total. The remaining staff consists of qualified teachers and assistants. There are 2 staff members assigned to each classroom. Sometimes we will have summer students working with us or completing their required community service hours. No matter the makeup, we do our best to ensure that all staff are working together well for the success of the program.
